At Drifter Ferments, we make sourdough, tempeh, fermented vegetables, and seasonal specialties in small batches, while offering a curated menu of farm-to-table dishes and drinks. We also stock local groceries and pantry staples from regional growers and makers. Everything we serve and sell reflects our commitment to organic, fair-trade, and sustainably sourced ingredients.
Our Menu
Our seasonal menu features the foods we make in-house: fresh tempeh, sourdough, and fermented vegetables served as simple sandwiches and salads. We pair our offerings with curated drinks, all crafted with organic and sustainably sourced ingredients.

Coffee is roasted by Irving Farm of Millerton, New York and Red Rooster Coffee of Floyd, VA. We source our tea blends from Goodmaker Acres, Blue Lotus Chai, Matchaful, Anima Mundi Herbals, and Alkame Co. Our cacao is by Cacao Laboratory.
