Our gluten free banana bread is made with millet and garbanzo flours, ripe banana, browned MELT butter, coconut sugar, brown sugar and psyllium husk. This base is fermented for 12 hours with brown rice sourdough starter and then half of it is mixed with flax “egg”, black tahini and chocolate, so we can make a marbled effect with the dough. Tara’s absolute favorite thing to make and eat.
