Our first special order bake day will be Friday, May 8th.

Please pre-order sourdough below. You may also order in-person at our brick & mortar in Warwick, New York. If you have questions, email us at drifterferments@gmail.com.

The pick-up window is May 8th, 10am-3pm
Order deadline: Orders must be received by Wednesday, May 6th at
4pm.

All orders are final and must be picked up within 36 hours.

Butternut Squash Spelt Sourdough

Our Butternut Squash Spelt Sourdough is made with roasted butternut squash grown by Sun Sprout Farm and Farmer Ground bread flour, spelt flour, and rye flour. 1000 grams (10 servings)

Oat Porridge Einkorn Sourdough

Our signature sourdough, made with an oat porridge base, einkorn flour and bread flour. All ingredients are organic and locally sourced. 1000 grams (10 servings)

Sourdough Rolls (12 Count)

These sourdough rolls are buttery, light and 100% naturally leavened. They freeze wonderfully and are great for large gatherings.

Oat Millet Tahini Sourdough (Gluten Free)
$24.00

Our signature gluten free sourdough is made with oat, millet and brown rice flours. Flax seeds and psyllium husk serve as binding agents. This loaf also contains tahini, black sesame seeds, and honey.

Whole sourdough loaves at Drifter Ferments are now baked twice-monthly. Each bake will be announced one week in advance.
