October 16th (Drifter Ferments, 2 Oakland Ave, Warwick, NY 10990)
Next pick up days are Thursday, October 15th (Newburgh) and Friday, October 16th (Warwick). Orders must be placed by Tuesday at 4pm before the designated pick-up date. All orders are final.
Our signature sourdough is built on an oat porridge base, milled einkorn, and a wild starter that's been earning its keep. This boule is soft and fluffy on the inside with a crunchy golden exterior crust. Every slice is slightly tangy and deeply satisfying. Made with locally sourced ingredients and in small batches for pickup in Warwick.
