Vegetable Ferments
Our traditional German-style sauerkraut made with cabbage, caraway seeds, juniper berries, and sea salt, hosting a simple flavor & crisp texture, perfect for newbies to and aficionados of fermentation alike. Cabbage is sourced from Sun Sprout Farm (Chester, NY). All ingredients are organic and Celtic Sea Salt by Selina Naturally is utilized for fermentation in all our vegetable ferments.
Our carrot ferment packed with ginger, turmeric, black pepper, and gochu pepper. This nourishing anti-inflammatory ferment pairs best with warm and spicy foods that resonate with cuisines of Southeast Asia.
Carrots are organic and sourced from Sun Sprout Farm in Chester, NY. Zesty carrots is also made with organic Peruvian ginger and fair trade turmeric sourced by Diaspora Co. We use Celtic Sea Salt by Selina Naturally in all of our vegetable ferments.
Our rotating kimchi is vegan and crafted with local, organic vegetables then combined with a spicy gochu pepper paste. We source napa cabbage and root vegetables from Choy Division and Sun Sprout Farm (both in Chester, NY). The gochu pepper is grown by Choy Division and we use thoughtfully sourced garlic, ginger, Asian pear, and tamari in our spicy pepper paste. All ingredients are organic and Celtic Sea Salt by Selina Naturally is utilized for fermentation in all our vegetable ferments.
A nourishing blend of cabbage, dandelion greens, turmeric, black pepper and Sichuan pepper with floral and citrus flavor notes. Our cabbage is sourced from Sun Sprout Farm in Chester, NY. We use organic dandelion greens and fair trade black pepper and turmeric are sourced by Diaspora Co. We use Celtic Sea Salt by Selina Naturally in all of our vegetable ferments.
Our house-made and unpasteurized tempeh, made with organic garbanzo beans, r. oligosporus, and apple cider vinegar. Serves roughly 3-4 people.

Our cashew spread is made with organic cashews, which we soak, and then blend with our Classic Sauerkraut (cabbage, salt, caraway seeds, juniper berry), cultured brine, lemon juice, salt and pepper. A perfect substitute for cream cheese with a dose of gut healthy goodness.

Our raw, fermented crackers made with beets, fermented carrots, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, ground flax seed, psyllium husk, olive oil, salt, ginger, turmeric and black pepper. Gluten free and vegan and wonderful for snacking.
